These functions live in the Platform menu section and are visible to the platform owner only.
Customer management (Platform > Customers) — list, create, edit, suspend/reactivate customers. Impersonate via "Login as" (yellow banner, "Stop impersonating" to exit). Customers are never hard-deleted.
Leads & growth — unified prospect view from Demo, Contact, Audit, Quiz, Calculator, Partner and Manual sources. Pipeline: New → Contacted → Demo booked → Converted/Dropped. Growth analytics show first-party funnel metrics; create a customer from a lead; export CSV.
Newsletter management — view/filter subscribers, manual add, unsubscribe/resubscribe, GDPR delete, export CSV. Every email carries an unsubscribe link.
Regulation & Knowledge Base (Platform > Regulatory Review, Tools > Knowledge Base) — review and publish regulation updates, send cross-tenant alerts, edit the KB articles that ground this AI assistant. A weekly regulatory watch drafts updates automatically; a watchdog emails the admin if it stops.
System status & schedulers (Platform > System status) — monitor background schedulers (reminders, auto-lapse, digests) and the email-delivery watchdog.
Backups (Platform > Backups) — daily automated at 02:00 CET; retention 14 daily / 8 weekly / 12 monthly; manual backup + download. Every backup is copied off-site to cloud object storage (see the Off-site column). Restore requires typing "RESTORE" plus super-admin permission.
