Open Amazon in the sidebar and follow the connect flow. The connection is account-wide (it applies to all your importers) and is available on the Enterprise plan. Once connected, listings are imported automatically on a schedule, and you can also trigger a manual sync from the Amazon page at any time.
What gets imported
The sync pulls your marketplace listings (ASIN, seller SKU / MSKU, title, marketplace) into the Amazon page. From there you can match each listing to a SKU in your SKU Master so compliance data (packaging, DoC, EPR numbers) is linked to what you actually sell.
Matching listings to SKUs
Listings are matched by ASIN or seller SKU (MSKU) where possible; unmatched listings are highlighted.
If your Amazon seller SKUs differ from your internal codes, edit the SKU in SKU Master so the codes line up, or create the missing SKU directly.
Troubleshooting a stale or failed sync
Freshness chip — the Amazon page shows when the last successful sync ran. Green means recent, amber/red means stale.
Stale sync — usually means the Amazon authorisation expired or was revoked in Seller Central. Reconnect from the Amazon page.
No listings appear — check that the connected Seller account actually has active listings in the selected marketplaces, and that your plan includes the Amazon connection.
If a sync keeps failing, platform staff are alerted automatically; contact support if it does not recover within a day.
