You are billed per importer (the legal entity that places goods on the market). Adding brands to an importer is free and unlimited. Higher plans unlock more capacity — importers, SKUs, countries and users — and more features (such as CSV import, supplier data requests, public DoC + QR, and empty-space tracking). When you reach a limit, remove unused records or upgrade.
The plans are Free, Starter, Growth, Professional and Enterprise. A 7-day free trial (up to 10 SKUs, 1 EU country, full features) lets you try everything first, and a permanent Free plan is also available. Prices are shown per month; annual billing saves 15%.
Eco-fees (the recycling charges) are paid by you directly to each country's Producer Responsibility Organisation (PRO) — not through globalEPR.ai. globalEPR.ai charges only your subscription.
Your account goes read-only for a period, is then deactivated, and non-DoC data is deleted after a grace period. Declarations of Conformity are retained for 10 years to meet the PPWR record-keeping duty.
