Settings overview: manufacturer, Authorised Representative, appearance, mail

Open System > Settings. Sections:

• Manufacturer info — your company details, used to pre-fill Declarations of Conformity.
• Authorised Representative — AR details, also pre-filled into DoCs (filled automatically if you use the built-in AR service).
• Email notifications — deadline lead days, certificate lead days, the recipient list, and which alert types to send.
• Registration numbers — VAT, EORI and trademark numbers with automatic validity checks.
• Appearance — light or dark theme, and interface language (English/Chinese).
• Mail transport — read-only SMTP delivery status.

To change AR details that appear on a DoC: Go to System > Settings > Authorised Representative, edit, save — new DoCs pick up the change.
