The four roles

  • Super-admin — full control, including users, settings and backups.
  • Admin — nearly everything, but cannot manage users or importers, or restore backups.
  • Editor — create, edit and export data; cannot delete, sign declarations, or change settings/users.
  • Read-only — view only, for auditors and reviewers.

Add or manage a user

  1. Open Users (super-admin only).
  2. Create the user and choose a role; they receive an email to set their own password (admins never type a user's password).
  3. You can disable a user, reset their 2FA, or delete them later.

A super-admin can also grant or revoke individual permissions per user. There is a limit on users per account, and the last active super-admin cannot be disabled or deleted.
