Open Settings → Registration numbers. These feed the Amazon-compliance indicators on your dashboard.
VAT — one per country. The app validates the number against the EU VIES database in real time, so you can see straight away whether it is valid.
EORI — one per entity, required for customs.
Trademarks — EUIPO and national marks, with renewal tracking on the 10-year cycle.
If you change or clear a VAT number, its validation status resets and re-checks — so the dashboard never shows a stale "valid" for a number you have edited.
