Open Settings → Notifications. Notification preferences are account-wide (they apply to all your importers) and changes take effect from the next scheduled send.
What you can control
Deadline digest — a periodic summary of upcoming reporting deadlines and expiring items. Set the recipients and how many days of lead time you want.
EPR deadline and certificate-expiry reminders — per-topic toggles for the individual reminder mails.
Email language — English or 中文 for notification emails, independent of your interface language.
Regulation-change alerts — pick the markets you want to be alerted about when packaging regulations change.
Per-registration overrides
EPR renewal reminders default to a global lead time, but each registration can override it — useful for schemes with long processing times.
If emails stop arriving
Check the recipients list — reminders go only to the addresses configured here.
Check your spam folder and whitelist the sender.
The Settings page shows a log of recently sent notifications, so you can confirm whether a mail was sent at all.
