What the label designer does

Open Labels in the sidebar. The designer produces FBA-compliant FNSKU labels: a Code 128 barcode of the FNSKU plus the product name and condition, black on white, sized and margined to Amazon's specification.

Creating a label

  1. Select a SKU that has an FNSKU (imported from Amazon or entered on the SKU).
  2. Choose a label size and, for sheet printing, a sheet layout (labels per page).
  3. Preview the label — check the barcode has quiet margins and the text is not clipped.
  4. Download the PDF and print at 100% scale (no "fit to page") on a printer of at least 300 dpi.

Rules that matter

  • Always black on white — never print on coloured or glossy stock that scanners misread.
  • Do not shrink the PDF: scaling breaks the barcode module width and Amazon's scanners may reject it.
  • One label per unit, covering any other visible barcode (like the manufacturer EAN) if Amazon requires it.
