Getting started with globalEPR.ai

Create your account

Go to globalepr.ai/signup and enter your company name, your name, email and a unique password of 14–128 characters. Long passphrases and password-manager generated passwords are supported; common or breached passwords are blocked. You are logged in immediately — there is no email verification step.

Choosing your role at signup

• Importer — the legal entity that places goods on the market. A default importer is created for you.
• Agency — a compliance consultant, AR provider or agency managing compliance for several client importers.
• Brand owner — a brand that authorises importers to use its compliance documents via a Letter of Authority (LOA).

Markets you can manage

globalEPR.ai covers the EU (all 27 Member States) and a growing set of other markets: the UK (pEPR), the United States (plus California Prop 65), Canada, Australia (APCO) and Japan (CPLR). Each market has its own dashboard with rules and deadlines specific to that country.

The trial runs for 7 days with up to 10 SKUs and 1 EU country, with full feature access and no payment required.

The 6-step onboarding checklist

A checklist on your dashboard guides you through initial setup. Complete these in order:

1. Create your account (done once you sign in).
2. Add your products in SKU Master.
3. Add your Packaging Types.
4. Upload supplier documentation in Suppliers.
5. Generate your first Declaration of Conformity.
6. Turn on two-factor authentication in Account settings.

The checklist disappears automatically once every step is complete. You can switch the interface between English and 中文 from the sidebar.
