Recording your registrations

Open EPR Registrations and add one row per importer, country and scheme: the producer number, registration date and renewal date. The register drives the dashboard "at risk" indicators — a country you sell into with no Active registration shows as missing.

Keeping statuses honest

  • Only Active counts as compliant. Pending, Expired or Lapsed rows are flagged in the attention digest.
  • Renewal reminders are emailed ahead of each renewal date; you can tune the lead time per registration.
  • Registrations overdue past their grace period can be lapsed explicitly — nothing lapses silently.

Jurisdiction calendars

  • EU — per-country PRO reporting, typically annual or quarterly depending on the scheme; check the Reporting Calendar for each country you sell into.
  • UK pEPR — data submissions with household/non-household split; disposal fees apply to household packaging only.
  • Canada — provincial schemes; most reports are due 31 May of the year after the data year (Yukon 15 May); Ontario, Alberta and Nova Scotia have dual-reporting quirks.
  • Australia (APCO) — annual report and action plan on the APCO cycle.
  • Japan (CPLR) — fiscal-year (April–March) based, due 30 June after the fiscal year ends.

The Reporting Calendar page merges all of these into one deadline list filtered to your active markets.
