Finding your way around globalEPR.ai (menu map)

The left sidebar menu

Everything in globalEPR.ai is reached from the left sidebar menu. At the top of the sidebar there is a search field — start typing any page name (for example "setup" or "packaging") and jump straight to it. There is also a global search further up for records such as SKUs and documents.

Ask Leo uses the published Knowledge Base and cites its sources. For a navigation or how-to answer it gives the exact current menu path, action or button name, and any prerequisite role or plan. It never treats a hidden menu as authorization: the application route and action permission remain the source of truth.

Setup Wizard and User Manual (Help section)

The Setup Wizard is in the Help section near the bottom of the left menu, directly above the "User Manual" entry. You can also find it by typing "setup" into the search field at the top of the menu. Note: the Setup Wizard creates importers, so it is only visible to super-admin users — regular team members will not see it. The User Manual (full illustrated guide) is in the same Help section and is visible to everyone.

Quick "where do I find…" answers

Importer detail tabs

Go to Portfolio → Importers, open the required importer, then choose one of six tabs. Importers and all importer-detail tabs are super-admin only.

• Overview (importer/importers, profile, company details, economic operator) — legal/trading name, registration, establishment, contact and EU-wide AR details.
• Brands & SKUs (brands, products, LOA) — authorised brands, authorization status/expiry and SKUs assigned to that importer.
• VAT & EORI (VAT, VIES, tax/customs numbers) — country VAT registrations, validation state/dates and the importer EORI.
• AR Assignments (authorised/authorized representative, AR mandate) — country-specific representatives, completeness, mandate dates and status.
• EPR (producer/EPR registrations and numbers) — country, authority, registration number, representative, status and renewal information.
• Declarations (DoC, Declaration of Conformity, documents) — declarations issued under that importer, including number, version, issue date and status.
