The Netherlands administers packaging EPR through Verpact (formerly Afvalfonds Verpakkingen). Producers report packaging placed on the market and pay the waste-management contribution.
A reporting exemption applies below roughly 50,000 kg of packaging per year; above it, full declaration and fees apply.
Submit the annual packaging declaration to Verpact; large producers may report more frequently.
