Lithuania EPR Guide 2025/2026

Lithuania applies packaging Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR). Any business placing packaged goods on the Lithuania market is treated as a producer and must register with the national scheme (GPAIS) and report packaging through a producer responsibility organisation (Žaliasis taškas).

Who must register

Obligations generally apply from the first packaging placed on the Lithuania market. Confirm the exact registration threshold and de-minimis rules with the national authority before you sell.

Reporting & deadlines

Packaging placed on the market is typically declared annually. Track every EU and UK reporting deadline in the free deadline calendar.
