REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective date: 30 July 2026 · Version 1.0 · Part of the Terms of Service

1. Scope

Applies to all purchases of globalEPR.ai subscriptions and one-time services (onboarding, DoC keep-alive, done-for-you registrations) via globalepr.ai. Read together with the Terms of Service.

2. Digital delivery — definition

Our Services are delivered digitally. Delivery occurs, and access is granted, at the moment your paid plan features are activated on your account following successful payment, as recorded in our system logs. For one-time services, delivery occurs when the deliverable is made available in your account or the service is commenced as recorded in our logs. These records are our evidence of delivery in any dispute.

3. Refund rules by purchase type

  1. Free trial (all tiers): 7 days, no payment method required — evaluate before paying; nothing to refund.
  2. Monthly subscriptions: cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals. Amounts for the current or past billing periods are non-refundable once the period has started, except as required by law or under §5.
  3. Annual and 3-year subscriptions — 14-day money-back guarantee: if this is your first paid subscription for the account, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the first payment, no reason required. This guarantee applies once per account and does not apply to renewals (for renewals, cancel before the renewal date instead).
  4. One-time services (onboarding, done-for-you registration): refundable in full before work commences; non-refundable once commenced, except for the uncommenced portion where we agree a partial refund.
  5. DoC keep-alive purchases: refundable within 14 days of purchase provided no verification page has been publicly accessed in that period (access logs decide); otherwise non-refundable, as the hosting commitment is reserved for the full term.

4. Subscriptions and renewals

Cancellation is effective at the end of the current term. We send a renewal reminder to annual and multi-year subscribers at least 14 days before renewal. Cancel via Billing at any time before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

5. Service failure

If a verified, material Service outage or defect attributable to us prevents your use of core paid features for more than 5 consecutive business days after you notify support@globalepr.ai, you may request a pro-rata refund or credit for the affected period. This is your exclusive remedy for availability issues absent a written SLA.

6. Statutory rights

Nothing in this Policy limits rights you hold under mandatory law of your place of establishment that cannot be excluded by agreement. The Service is sold to businesses only (ToS §1). If, exceptionally, you qualify as a consumer under EU/UK law: you consent at checkout to immediate delivery of digital services and acknowledge that your 14-day statutory withdrawal right is lost once delivery begins (we capture this acknowledgment as a non-pre-ticked checkbox at checkout); our 14-day money-back guarantee in §3.3 independently meets or exceeds the statutory window for first annual purchases. Australian customers: nothing excludes non-excludable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. How to request; processing

Email billing@globalepr.ai from your account email with your invoice number. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds go to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. We do not deduct payment-processing fees from refunds.

8. Chargebacks

Contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues resolve within days. Chargebacks initiated for Services delivered per §2, where these Terms were accepted at checkout, will be contested with our delivery and usage records. Accounts with chargebacks pending may be suspended until resolution. Abuse of the refund process (repeated purchase-refund patterns, chargeback fraud) voids eligibility under §3 and may lead to termination.

As per ToS §20.1, without prejudice to §6 above.
