FREE TOOLS TERMS

Effective date: 30 July 2026 · Version 1.0

These short terms govern use of globalEPR.ai's free public tools (ASIN checker, GPSR checker, calculators, validators) without an account.

1. Informational only. Tool outputs are general information based on the data you enter and public rules; they are not legal advice and not a compliance determination. Verify with qualified counsel or the competent authority.
2. No warranty. Tools are provided "as is", may be inaccurate, outdated, rate-limited, changed or withdrawn at any time.
3. Acceptable use. No automated/bulk querying, no scraping, no circumvention of rate limits or CAPTCHA, no unlawful use.
4. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for free tools is excluded; nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
5. Privacy. Tool inputs and any email you provide are handled per our Privacy Policy (registration numbers stored only as salted hashes; inputs retained up to 12 months).
6. Consumers. If you use free tools as a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected; these terms apply to the extent permitted.
7. Law. Hong Kong law; HKIAC arbitration per ToS §20.1, without prejudice to mandatory local rights.
